How it Works
You pick your fabric and design and I create a custom piece just for you. Most items can be created with any fabric seen on kenkierdesigns.com.If you have a design idea but don't see it on our site send an email with your thoughts. Some items are already created and those items are sold as is. Custom designs may take up to eight weeks for production.Additional fees for rushed items.

Shipping
Most items are shipped first class or priority. Shipping costs are listed with each item. Additional shipping options are available for an additonal fee.

Payment
All billing will be done through Paypal.
Enter your credit card information to process payment. Items will not be started or shipped until full or partial payment is received.

Refunds/Exchanges
If you have a problem with your item, please contact me and I will work with you to fix it. If you decide to cancel your order, a refund will be given, less fees.

Care & Washing
All items custom baby & kids items are machine washable in the gentle cycle on cold. And can be dried on low heat/gentle setting. Bumpers however are air dry only. Iron on medium heat setting. (be careful with minky, bumps will flatten and never come back)
Vinyl shirts should be washed and dried inside out.
